Cleaning and Inspection

No matter when you purchased your Eartha & Wolf heirloom piece we always encourage our customers to get back in touch for regular cleaning and inspection. It is important that you maintain your fine jewellery for generations to come. We place the utmost importance on quality craftmanship and regular care and maintenance. If you'd like to enquire about a thorough cleaning and full inspection of your stones, claws, mounts and materials please do not hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team. Post-Sale Repairs

We offer post-sale repairs for any of life's mishaps. We know all too well how easily these things can happen with travel, new additions to the family or unfortunate accidents. There is nothing that can't be repaired, so drop us a message and we'll be happy to quote for any work that needs to be done. For your peace of mind, if you find that your piece has any issues within 6 months of purchase, we'd be happy to assess suitability for a complimentary repair - providing adequate care has been given to your jewellery during wear.

Engagement Ring Aftercare

We are delighted you have chosen an Eartha & Wolf ring to mark this momentous occasion, and we understand how important it is that your engagement ring has the perfect fit. Therefore, as part of our engagement ring aftercare, any engagement ring purchased from Eartha & Wolf will be eligible for complimentary resizing after your proposal. We are always secretly delighted to have our couples get back in touch for resizing, so we can hear all about the proposal and engagement!
